We recommend an in-home meet and greet before your first service. This gives us an opportunity to meet you and your cats, learn their routines and care needs, review your home and access instructions, and make sure we’re a good fit for one another.Virtual meet and greets are also available and can be a great first step before scheduling an in-home visit. If we need to collect keys, fobs or parking passes, or review anything in the home before service begins, an in-person meeting may still be necessary.

Your initial in-home consultation and meet and greet is complimentary. This gives us an opportunity to get to know you and your cats, learn about their routines and care needs, review instructions for your upcoming service, and collect any necessary keys.If an additional in-home consultation or meet and greet is needed, our regular minimum visit rate of $25 will apply. If a separate trip is needed solely to pick up or return keys, a $15 key pickup/drop-off fee will apply.

Every visit is personalized to your cat’s individual needs, routine and personality and may include:Feeding wet/dry food and treatsFresh water and cleaning food bowls or fountainsLitter box scooping and cleanupBasic medication administration, when neededInteractive play, enrichment and mental stimulationQuality time, affection, cuddling and brushing — according to your cat’s preferencesTidying your cat’s living and feeding areasBasic home care, such as bringing in mail, watering plants and taking out trashA detailed visit update with photos and/or videosMost importantly, we spend time getting to know your cat and providing the type of interaction and attention they enjoy most.

We currently offer daily cat sitting visits during the following time windows: Morning: 7:00am - 10:00amMid Day: 10:00am - 1:00pmAfternoon: 1:00pm - 4:00pmEvening: 4:00pm - 7:00pm If your cat requires a more specific visit time for medication, feeding, or other special care, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate time-sensitive needs. For visits scheduled at a specific time, please allow a 30-minute window before or after the requested time.

Yes. We can administer many routine medications at no additional charge, provided your cat is cooperative and the medication can be given safely without causing undue stress. This may include:Pills and other oral medicationsEye or ear dropsTopical and transdermal medicationsInsulin injections: $6 additional per visitFor subcutaneous (Sub-Q) fluids or more specialized medication needs, please contact us to discuss your cat’s specific care requirements and determine whether we can accommodate them.If your cat requires medication, an in-person meet and greet is required before service begins. This allows you to demonstrate your cat’s usual medication routine and preferred method of administration so we can provide care as consistently and comfortably as possible.

If a separate trip is needed to pick up or return a key, fob, or parking pass before or after service, a $15 fee will apply. This fee applies whether the pickup or return is at your home or another agreed-upon location.For condos, apartments and other secured buildings, our standard visit rates assume reasonably direct access to your residence. If building procedures require us to check in with a front desk, security or management office, retrieve and return access items, or otherwise spend significant additional time gaining access for each visit, an additional access fee may apply.We’ll review any special access requirements with you in advance so you’ll know about any additional fees before service begins.

We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Same-day bookings are subject to an additional $6 fee per visit.Emergency or on-demand service requiring immediate or expedited scheduling may be subject to a $8 fee per visit.

Tammy is our founder and primary cat sitter, with more than 27 years of experience in the professional pet care industry. She is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International, where she maintains an active membership and participates in ongoing pet and feline care education. She is also a Fear Free Certified Professional and is trained in pet CPR and first aid.A lifelong animal lover, Tammy has volunteered with and fostered for cat rescue organizations and currently shares her home with seven cats.

Whenever possible, your visits will be provided by the same primary sitter. We also believe in having a trusted backup sitter who is familiar with you, your cats and their care routine.From time to time, your backup sitter may assist with scheduled visits. This helps your cats become familiar and comfortable with them while also ensuring continuity of care should your primary sitter ever be unavailable due to scheduling needs, illness or an emergency.Our goal is to provide your cats with consistent care from familiar, trusted sitters — not a revolving door of unfamiliar faces.
