Our founder and primary cat sitter, has a 25 year history in the pet care industry. She is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter, credentialed through Pet Sitters International, where she holds a membership and receives ongoing pet and cat care education. She is also a Fear Free Certified pet professional and is trained in pet CPR and first aid.
She has volunteered and fostered for cat rescue groups and currently has five cats of her own.
Yes, we are bonded and insured through Pet Care Insurance Company. We are also background checked for your peace of mind.
Yes. Meeting ahead of time gives use the opportunity to discuss our services and your needs, meet your cats and learn their routine, and feel comfortable in your home. It also ensure that we are a good match each other.
We do not charge for the initial consultation/meet and greet in your home. This visit allows us to get to know each other, learn about your cats and their routines, plan for an upcoming visit while you are away, and pick up any keys. While there's no pressure to make any decisions or commitments during this visit, if we need to return for a second consultation or to pick up keys, a $25 fee will apply.
Feeding (wet/dry food, treats)
Cleaning bowls/fountains and refreshing water
Basic medication administration, if necessary
Cleaning the litter box
Tidying the cats' living area
LOVE: Playtime, cuddling, brushing
General home tasks (mail, plants, trash, etc.)
Visit updates with photos/videos
We currently offer 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute visits during the following time frames:
Morning: 7:00am - 10:00am
Mid Day: 10:00am - 1:00pm
Afternoon: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Evening: 4:00pm - 7:00pm
If your cats needs specific times for medications or special diets, please let us know, so we can try to accommodate. Please allow a 30-minute window +/- when booking specific times.
Yes, we can administer medications to your cats, as long as they are generally cooperative. There is no extra charge for this service.
If your cat needs an insulin injection, we charge an extra $5 per visit.
If you require other injectable medications and Sub-Q fluids, lets us know and we will see if we can help.
We generally don't offer boarding services. However, in case of an emergency, we can discuss the possibility. If we are able to accommodate you, the boarding fee would be $50 per day.
Starting in 2025, we will charge a $5 per visit additional fee on the the follow holidays:
Easter Sunday
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Years Eve
If we need to make an extra trip to pick up or drop off a parking pass, fob or key prior to or after service, there will be a $20 fee. This fee applies whether the trip is to your home or another location. We will agree upon any fees before starting service to ensure there are no surprises.
We strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. There is no fee for last-minute bookings unless it is an after-hours visit. Please note, this policy may change in the future.
We charge additional fees for the following services:
Insulin or other injections: $5 extra per visit
Holiday fees: $5 extra per visit
Before/after hours visits: $10 extra
Emergency/on demand visits: $10 extra
Additional trips to pick-up/drop off keys, fobs, parking passes - $20 per trip
Parking fees when free parking is not available - TBD
Valet charges and tips - TBD
Pet transportation - TBD
Shopping/errands - TBD
If free guest parking is not available at your building, we will charge additional fees to cover the cost of parking fees and any valet tips. Accessible parking must be available in the immediate vicinity.
Yes, we have years of experience caring for all types of animals. If you have other pets in your home in addition to cats, we should be able to accommodate you. We charge a flat rate fee based on the visit time, so there would not be an additional charge unless you have a dog that requires walking.
We do not care for large birds or reptiles as they are not our area of expertise.
